FableRadar turns that question into a single number. It is an independent, real-time index that estimates the probability that Claude Fable 5 returns to public availability, updated continuously as the situation develops. A high score means a thaw looks likely; a low score means the lock is holding.
The score blends free, public signals - official communications, regulatory and export-control news, prediction markets (Polymarket and Manifold), global media tone, and the volume of public discussion - each scored 0-100 and smoothed over time. News sentiment is classified by an open LLM (Cloudflare Workers AI / Llama) with a transparent keyword fallback; no Anthropic or Claude API is used. The full breakdown is on the methodology page.
